Position: Securities Licensed Sales Team Member

This is a permanent role offering a competitive base salary along with a portfolio of customer households. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and advice to existing customer households.
• Collaborate with a career agent to develop a strategic business plan and adhere to a client service model.
• Foster and maintain relationships through proactive communication, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
• Exhibit a profound understanding of financial markets and demonstrate sound business judgment.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity, ensuring clients' best interests are prioritized.
• Educate clients on available technologies and channels to effectively manage their investments.
• Provide a holistic assessment of clients' financial needs, extending beyond mere investment advice.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies relevant to the agency and financial industry.

Qualifications Required

• Possession of active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor capacity or equivalent financial services background.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management.

Compensation Structure

Base salary ranging from $48k to $60k, in addition to commission opportunities.
