We are seeking an ambitious, goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Agricultural Banking Professional in Southwestern Nebraska and Northern Kansas.
This is a unique opportunity to grow your career and make a meaningful impact in the community by developing business relationships with existing and potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to travel between locations and establish strong relationships with clients.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and maximize relationships based on customer need.
- Develop new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
- Cross-sell key deposit/fee income products/services to existing customers.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers.
- Collaborate with Credit Administration to request appraisals, credit reports, and other necessary documentation.
