Behavioral Health Program Manager

As a Manager II Behavioral Health PSW MFT LPCC, you will be responsible for overseeing a medium-sized group or program, with both administrative and client caseload responsibilities. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Makes budget recommendations and has counseling/disciplinary responsibilities, including conducting performance evaluations and allocating resources.
- Oversees a larger team, such as Adult/Child or CDS, and is responsible for overall program design and operations within the unit.
- Accountable for access outcomes and allocation of resources, and may participate on regional committees.
- Minimum two (2) years of post-license, paid experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting/program under licensed supervision.
- Masters degree in applied behavioral science required.
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) required.
- National Provider Identifier required at hire.
- Knowledge of state regulations with regard to ethics, treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality.
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
