**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled Senior OpenShift & Kubernetes Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust OpenShift platforms on Baremetal, Virtualized, and Public Cloud platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available OpenShift platforms that meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the transformation of legacy applications into modern, cloud-native architectures, leveraging OpenShift to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and refine Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automation practices, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies using tools like GitOps.
  • Ensure seamless deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
  • Mentor and guide team members by sharing technical expertise and best practices.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • 7-8 years of hands-on experience in OpenShift architecture, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of microservices architecture with a proven track record of modernizing legacy applications.
  • Proven experience working within the financial services industry and adhering to industry-specific regulations.
  • Expertise in OpenShift components and features, including ACM, ACS, Quay, and ODF.
  • Proficiency with DevOps tools and practices, including Git, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Experience with GitOps workflows and tools for infrastructure management.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

**Additional Desirable Qualifications:**

  • OpenShift or Kubernetes certification.
  • Familiarity with Istio or other service mesh technologies.
