- Support the clinic by attracting new patients, managing administrative and operational functions, and coordinating patient interactions and needs.
- Drive patient appointment and clinic revenue generation through outbound and follow-up calls.
- Greet patients, obtain potential referrals, and understand current marketing promotions.
- Manage office supplies, petty cash, bank deposits, and credit transactions.
- Maintain hearing aid inventory and work with patients to collect insurance documentation.
- Exceptional professionalism and clear articulation in face-to-face, verbal, and written communications.
- Strong organization and sales mindset, with proactive customer service skills and friendly behavior in all patient interactions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous front office experience, preferably in customer service or sales.
- Superior multi-tasking and time management discipline, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Skilled in handling sensitive matters and patients with tact, courtesy, and discretion.
- Technically savvy with computer and systems, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite.
