Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate SPED Paraeducator to provide meaningful interventions to students with special needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with students and helping them achieve their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.

This position requires working as an instructional aide with students with special needs, as well as additional responsibilities under the direct guidance of the School Principal and SPED Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support to students with special needs to help them achieve their IEP goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the SPED Team and School Principal to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.
  • Assist students with special needs in academic and functional skills, such as reading, writing, and daily living skills.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.
