Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington Inc is seeking a skilled Facilities/Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Manage the kitchen and food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including OSHA and food safety standards
  • Supervise and train staff on facilities and kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
  • Monitor and report on facilities and kitchen operations, including energy usage and waste management

**Requirements:**

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, the trades, or a related field
  • Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb stairs repeatedly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
