Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Associate to join our team at RBC Wealth Management. As a Client Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors and clients by providing exceptional administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them with account inquiries and providing timely responses.
  • Take initiative to handle account inquiries and customer needs, escalating to financial advisors when necessary.
  • Adhere to compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining accurate account documentation and communicating with clients about required items.
  • Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires, and ACHs in a timely manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC's Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication, people, organizational, and client service skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset to support advisors in their daily tasks.
  • Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses, or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
