Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in transportation, roadway design, and site development. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop and execute project plans.
  • Supervise the design and construction of transportation and roadway projects, including site layout and utility design.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Utilize design software to create detailed project plans and drawings.
  • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to analyze water flow and drainage, developing solutions to mitigate flooding and erosion.
  • Work with licensed professionals to design and implement sustainable site development plans.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, providing updates to stakeholders.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the relevant state.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation and roadway design.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD and Civil3D.
  • Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
  • Strong project management capabilities, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
