Job Title: Clinical Services Medical Assistant

Ohio Gastroenterology Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Services Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Clinical Services Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Fibro Scans and other medical procedures as ordered by physicians.
  • Verify infusion orders and ensure necessary bloodwork is completed.
  • Maintain equipment and prepare rooms for procedures.
  • Provide patient care and support to patients, physicians, and office staff.
  • Assist with department communications and scheduling.
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent G.E.D.
  • Graduate from an approved Medical Assistant Program preferred.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Fluent English language skills.
