We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, troubleshoot, and make sound decisions for critically ill patients
- Work autonomously alongside hospital staff to deliver nephrology care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with multiple co-morbidities and acute conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
- Hemodialysis nursing experience in an acute or chronic setting
- Medical/surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Critical Care Unit, and/or Emergency Room experience
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN), Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN), and/or Certified Hemodialysis Nurse (CHN)
