Job Title: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Farmington, NM.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry setting. As a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure understanding and cooperation.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
