Position Summary
We are currently seeking a full-time Cook Supervisor to oversee our culinary team. This role involves direct supervision of food service associates in alignment with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and mentor team members; plan, assign, and direct daily tasks; evaluate performance; provide recognition and address disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Communicate purchasing needs to management, focusing on minimizing waste and preventing shortages.
- Utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure food quality, proper serving temperatures, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency of kitchen equipment according to established procedures.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and dating of food items to minimize spoilage and maintain food safety standards.

- Assist in meal service and actively engage with customers to gather feedback.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.
