About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Equity Trust Company as a Business Entity Formation Specialist, based in our Fort Myers, FL office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating Limited Liability Corporations (LLCs), Business Tax IDs and other services that support our customers' business needs.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • ">
  • Gather, review, and verify required documents for completion fulfillment of services offered through Equity Doc Prep.">
  • Form new business entities for our customers and maintain accurate records.">
  • Create unique business tax IDs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams located in Ft. Myers, FL and Westlake, OH to drive operational efficiency.">
  • Monitor and maintain the operational pipeline, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.">
  • Update corporate actions and implement continuous improvement approaches where necessary.">
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve team, department, and overall business goals.">
  • Multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and resolve client issues and concerns.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.">
  • LLC product knowledge or financial services experience is highly desirable.">

Technical Skills:

  • ">
  • An intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.">
  • Salesforce (CRM) experience is preferred but not mandatory.">

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office environment and requires regular use of standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear, frequently required to sit for extended periods, and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms.
