About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora ambassador, fully immersed in our brand, culture, and product. This role will provide support to the Store Manager, instrumental to the delivery of our success in store.

  • Deliver a world-class shopping experience, remaining attentive to clients' needs and ensuring effective loss prevention measures are in place.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate results-oriented leadership with at least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
  • Develop a sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Have business acumen sharper than a diamond, coupled with analytical thinking that can show and deliver positive results.
  • Be a master of time management, effortlessly setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks like a pro.
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Be at least 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to stand for extended periods.
