Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at 3M Consultancy. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cloud-native applications using Java.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain cloud-native applications utilizing Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to design and implement new features, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Debug and troubleshoot existing code to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to guarantee application quality.
  • Deploy and maintain web applications on production environments, adhering to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Backend and Web development, with a strong focus on Java.
  • Experience with relevant technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in unit testing and integration testing, as well as deploying and maintaining web applications on production environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.

What We Offer

A competitive estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
