ROLE PURPOSE:
As a Cash Handling Equipment Specialist, you represent Glory Global Solutions Ltd.

As a vital member of our Field Service team, you will be empowered to:
  • Manage all facets of customer service and support for our clients.
  • Independently diagnose and repair a range of high-speed cash-handling machinery, including coin sorters, teller cash dispensers, currency counters/wrappers, and point of sale (POS) systems.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of parts and tools.
  • Stay updated on technical and functional advancements related to Glory equipment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Keep clients informed of progress during maintenance or system downtime.
  • Execute machine installations, implement Engineering Change Notices affecting system upgrades, and conduct Hardware/Software upgrades requiring technical support.
  • Fulfill any additional responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the position.

PAY RANGE:
  • $20 - $27 per hour. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, including experience, training, education, geographic location, licensure, certifications, market conditions, departmental budgets, and responsibilities.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Currently enrolled in or completed studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Certificates in related fields such as mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing are preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient in personal computer usage, particularly Microsoft Office, and navigating network sites and email.
  • Strong logical troubleshooting abilities and capacity to isolate issues at the PCB or component level.
  • Experience interpreting electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
  • Familiarity with AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry.
  • Experience repairing high-speed paper handling machines such as check sorters, mail sorters, currency sorters, ATMs, or copier machines is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of technical field service repair experience in relevant fields such as aviation, medical equipment, vending machine repair, or military repair experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Capability to sit and/or stand for extended periods, as well as frequently kneel, bend, squat, and twist.
  • Willingness to work at various customer sites, including financial institutions, casinos, truck stops, recreational parks, and retail stores.
  • Availability for weekend and holiday work on a rotational basis to meet business needs.
  • Participation in an on-call rotation, typically once every 3 to 5 weeks, including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel outside the assigned territory, including air and overnight travel, may be necessary.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
