- Project Management: Organize and prioritize cross-divisional projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
- CRM Development: Drive key projects to develop customer-facing processes and systems, ensuring seamless integration with Sales, Applications, Marketing, and Product Management activities.
- Training and Support: Provide first-level support to a global team, training, and guidance on CRM system usage, and communicate new features and functionalities to stakeholders.
- Education: Degree in business administration or similar.
- Experience: Analytical and/or project management experience, with a strong understanding of business processes, CRM systems, and ERP systems (ideally SAP).
- Language: Fluent in English, with fluency in German a strong advantage.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
