Role Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this position is to market and sell our Residential Pest Management Services and Products to both new and existing residential clients, while ensuring a customer-centric approach to drive business growth. This involves evaluating customer needs through a thorough analysis based on their concerns, utilizing in-depth knowledge of our offerings to facilitate sales of pest control solutions.

Key Duties Include:

  • Conducting assessments of customer needs through a detailed analysis based on their concerns, leveraging expert knowledge of our products and services.
  • Performing visual inspections of residential and commercial properties for pest activity, potential pest habitats, and entry points.
  • Based on inspection findings, providing tailored pest control solutions for residential clients.
  • Collaborating with our customer service team, Inside Sales department, and technicians to identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Working alongside the Branch Manager to pinpoint revenue opportunities within our existing customer base and engage service specialists.
  • Creating proposals for clients to address current pest issues while suggesting further enhancements to pest management services.
  • Completing a detailed home diagram using our Sales CRM to ensure a clear understanding of the customer’s property and potential challenges.
  • Following up on previous proposals to convert sales opportunities.
  • Providing expert guidance during new service installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documenting daily activities and sales performance in the company’s sales CRM.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Technical degree preferred.
  • Pest industry certifications are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales or pest technician experience required.
  • Preferred experience includes 1-2 years in pest control sales and 2 or more years in a customer service role.
  • Effective verbal communication skills, particularly in customer-facing interactions and presentations.
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Clean driving record with no violations in the past year.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
