Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked with beverages, mixers, glassware, napkins, and all essential items before and during service hours.
  • Prepare garnishes, refill ice bins, replace beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness by promptly cleaning spills, removing used glassware, and organizing the bar counter.
  • Keep the bar area tidy and presentable, including wiping down surfaces and arranging drink menus and condiments.
  • Collaborate with management, kitchen staff, and security to facilitate efficient customer service.
  • Address emergency situations, such as cleaning up broken glass and managing clogged drains.
  • Adhere to all opening, closing, and key-holding protocols during each shift.
  • Assist in food delivery and service to patrons in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a barbacking or bussing role is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to cleanliness.
  • Must be capable of lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Flexible availability is required, including the potential for late shifts, weekends, or holidays.
