Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise/Solution Architecture.
  • Proficiency in Next Best Action, real-time decision-making, customer journey, and Martech domains.
  • Experience in integrating SaaS and on-premises software products utilizing various integration technologies.
  • Preferred experience with Pega CDH architecture.
  • Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, planning, time management, and organizational skills to effectively balance and prioritize tasks.
  • Business acumen to comprehend the needs of the organization and how technology can facilitate the achievement of goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • A proactive mindset with a belief that every challenge has a solution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills.
  • Experience in modeling and graphical representations.

Note: This role requires minimal travel for organizational or team meetings.

Remote Work: This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the United States.

Compensation: DIRECTV offers a competitive compensation structure designed to attract and retain talent. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with the base salary reflecting the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's US Labor Market Zones.

Salary Ranges:

Low (N1): $127,965 - $191,995

Mid (N2): $134,700 - $202,100

High (N3): $148,170 - $222,310

Top (N4): $154,905 - $232,415
