Position Overview:

As a Pool Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and optimal performance of our clients' pools. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Conduct regular pool inspections and water testing to ensure proper chemical balance and clarity.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, skimming debris, and brushing walls and floors.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment issues, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance schedules and any necessary repairs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in pool technology.

• Prior experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
• A comprehensive understanding of pool chemistry, filtration systems, and common equipment malfunctions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks.
