Abbott Laboratories is a global leader in healthcare, dedicated to advancing treatments for people with cardiovascular disease. As a Clinical Specialist, CRM, you will play a critical role in providing engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business, building and sustaining credible relationships with customers.
  • Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support in response to field inquiries, demonstrating a thorough command of CRM products and related technical knowledge.
  • Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on CRM products to healthcare professionals.
  • Provide additional back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • Ability to become certified on CRM products.
  • Minimum of two years increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
  • Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
