**Qualifications:**

  • **Required:**
    • Leadership experience in operations, distribution, or warehousing.
    • Mastery of various lean improvement tools.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
    • Demonstrated dedication to creating impact and leading change, with a strong commitment to achieving results.
  • **Preferred:**
    • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
