Job Summary

The Clinical Staff Supervisor plays a vital role in coordinating and managing the clinical support staff and workflows within the clinic. As a key member of the clinic leadership team, this position brings a professional nursing perspective to the group and upholds the standards of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of clinical staff members.
  • Lead clinical staff to ensure patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to patients' physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
  • Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • ~3 years of direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • ~1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • ~Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
