USA - Logistics and Warehouse Specialist
Schedule: 100% Onsite - M-F :30
Key Responsibilities:
" Manage the shipping, receiving, storage, and handling of products. This may involve both domestic and international shipments.
" Supervise teams to ensure precise inventory management.
" Operate industrial machinery for loading and unloading freight.
" Examine and confirm materials, labels, and documentation for thoroughness and correctness.
" Allocate materials to designated storage locations.
" Ensure timely completion of mandatory training programs that include Global Operating Procedures (GOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Aseptic Techniques, Gowning Qualifications, and other pertinent training, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols relevant to the role.
Performance Metrics:
" Availability of precise data for:
o Inventory management
o Monthly reporting
o Warehouse space utilization
" Understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations and FDA guidelines applicable to biologics and cell therapy production.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
Languages:
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in Distribution, Warehousing, and Manufacturing within a regulated sector is preferred. Hours per Day: 8 Hours per Week: Total Hours: 1
