About the Role

This Personal Support Specialist position involves providing personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Estimated Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  2. Support residents with mobility assistance and escort them to meals and activities
  3. Provide light housekeeping and laundry services, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  4. Perform first aid as trained and assist with medication administration under licensed nurse direction
Requirements
  • Preferred: Current Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification or CBRF Caregiver Certification
  • If uncertified, 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
