Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to maintain guest rooms at The Inn on Lake Superior. This role involves replenishing supplies, changing linens, and disinfecting.


Responsibilities:
  • Clean showers, toilets, and sinks
  • Restock toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products
  • Sanitize the guest laundry washer/dryer, table, and mop the floor as needed
  • Deliver items to guest rooms, such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond promptly to guest requests in a courteous manner
  • Report and return lost & found items to the appropriate office or department
  • Collaborate with the team to provide an excellent hotel experience for our guests

Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to work mostly in a standing position, constantly moving, and lift up to 20 pounds
  • Strong Guest Service Skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and customer service orientation
  • Effective communication with guests, management, and colleagues
  • Weekend availability required
