Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Heirloom Property Management in Duluth, MN. This is a part-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a growing company and contribute to delivering exceptional property management services.

The estimated salary for this role is $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Our Part-Time Housekeepers work 9am-6pm, Sunday through Friday, with the option to work four or five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of assigned properties to our high standards.
  • Plan and coordinate cleaning activities efficiently using your scheduling expertise.
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address specific cleaning and maintenance needs.
  • Uphold sanitation and hygiene standards, creating a safe and pleasant environment for residents and guests.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of professional housekeeping experience, preferably in the Hospitality Industry.
  • Proven ability to manage cleaning schedules and tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
