Operations Specialist

Card Kingdom is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management system.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring proper alignment between physical and digital inventory.
- Prepare and package orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate shipping.
- Inspect orders for any discrepancies before shipment, ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction.
- Handle special customer requests, customer notes, and product returns with a focus on excellent customer service.
- Execute team-based targets for service level agreements, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Regularly perform quality assurance checks and set audits in the proprietary inventory system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in processing, auditing, and restocking various inventories, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Magic: The Gathering products and card play, staying up-to-date on new releases and trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work overtime as needed, particularly for special projects and product releases.
- Proficiency in electronic inventory management systems and MS Office suite.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Proven attention to detail, with experience in performing repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
