Position Summary:
Our expanding, diversified Property Management firm is in search of a Maintenance Professional to enhance our existing maintenance team across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with the on-site Property Manager through various communication channels to ensure all tenant service requests, maintenance tasks, and renovation projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct daily meetings with the Property Manager to outline specific tasks and objectives prior to commencing work.
  • Respond to emergency repair requests outside of regular working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, painting, drywall installation, and appliance setup.
  • Oversee and collaborate with subcontractors on specialized projects such as painting, electrical work, HVAC, and masonry.
  • Compile and submit lists of necessary supplies and materials for maintenance and construction initiatives.
  • Coordinate with property owners, managers, subcontractors, and vendors to address work procedures, tenant concerns, and construction challenges.
  • Investigate incidents of damage or delays in renovation or repair projects to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Work alongside the Property Manager to ensure all maintenance expenses are documented and approved according to company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in various building trades, including electrical, flooring, painting, carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, concrete, HVAC, and window installation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with a proven ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficient in using mobile applications for service requests and accessing company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to lead and supervise team members and subcontractors effectively.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Relevant educational background.
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a positive demeanor, as this role interacts directly with tenants and other stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary range of $45,000 - $50,000, with potential performance-based quarterly bonuses, 4% matching 401(k), paid time off, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
