Maintenance Technician - Multi-Craft Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Multi-Craft Specialist to join our team at Bridgestone Americas. As a key member of our operations department, you will provide emergency, routine, and preventative maintenance support to our facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, and electrical industrial equipment, and perform quick repairs for trouble calls from operating technicians.
- Troubleshoot programmable logic controls (PLCs) and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Use computer-based software to enter, track, and analyze work activities and maintenance trends.
- Read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, machine error messages.
- Test fixed machinery, clean and lubricate parts, and perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a multi-craft environment, or 3+ years of high-tech maintenance-related military experience, or completed apprenticeship program and 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Ability to function effectively in a team environment and work independently.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Working Conditions:**

- May be exposed to noise, vibration, odors, and dust.
- Work may be done indoors and outdoors.
- Some work is confining, greasy, dirty, and performed in high and low temperatures and mechanical hazards.
