We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality and Safety Coordinator. This role will play a critical part in promoting a productive safety culture and providing safety leadership and guidance to all employees.

Job Summary

The Quality and Safety Coordinator will be responsible for auditing work activities, processes, and systems to ensure conformance to standards. This role will also support operational partners in quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of clerical functions related to quality and employee medical, safety, and health.
  • Conduct internal audits to verify conformance to applicable standards.
  • Perform periodic facility and work site inspections.
  • Assist supervisors, managers, and employees with policy questions and issues.
  • Coordinate employee training programs.

Requirements

Candidates who are bilingual will be given higher consideration for the position. We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $77,000 (negotiable depending on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, voluntary dental and vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, and more.
