About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Design, implement, and manage training curricula that ensure compliance with regulatory standards and empower employees to achieve safe and efficient operations.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify learning and development needs for individuals and teams across the site, create programs to meet operational, technical, organizational, and leadership development needs, and establish a robust on-the-job training program to enhance safety, technical proficiency, and operational reliability.
  • Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Maintain and oversee Responsible Care Management System training compliance, evaluate training program effectiveness, implement necessary adjustments, and maintain accurate training records.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience; OR high school diploma and 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Skills & Expertise: Proven experience in EHS and OJT training program development, strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems, demonstrated success in external auditing and achieving EHS and process safety improvements, exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for Training: A deep commitment to fostering a strong safety culture and developing operational capabilities through team-building and innovative teaching methods.
