We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team at the Autism Behavioral Institute in Greenville, South Carolina.
Job Summary:As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers, while following treatment plan goals and interventions.
Responsibilities:- Provide home-based services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Introduce safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers
- Follow treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation
- Collect behavior data, including recording data in CentralReach after each session
- Participate in training and clinical supervision
- Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
- Required: 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
- Required: Valid driver's license and transportation
- Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelors or Master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification
All non-registered BTs are required to obtain their RBT within 60 days of hire.

The physical demands described here are representative and not all inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand; using hands and fingers; Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 lbs.
Working Environment:- Travel between client's homes will be required.
- Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 6:30 pm
Up to $28 hourly.
