Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with children on the autism spectrum, providing essential support and guidance in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a BCBA
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 40 hours of pre-hire training and RBT certification within 90 days of employment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
