We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team at TelCom Construction, LLC. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of field crews to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Provide leadership and guidance to field staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Verify locates, materials, and billings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports, including as-builts and redlines.
- Participate in and lead safety, maintenance, production, and personnel-related initiatives.
- Previous experience in utility construction crew leadership is required.
- Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills, including database software and Excel, are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Extended travel throughout the Telcom footprint and on-call availability are necessary.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
- A Class A CDL license is a plus.
