Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team at TelCom Construction, LLC. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of field crews to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Verify locates, materials, and billings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports, including as-builts and redlines.
  • Participate in and lead safety, maintenance, production, and personnel-related initiatives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in utility construction crew leadership is required.
  • Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is highly desirable.
  • Strong computer skills, including database software and Excel, are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Extended travel throughout the Telcom footprint and on-call availability are necessary.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
  • A Class A CDL license is a plus.
