Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HR Project Manager Lead to join our team at Stellar Professionals in Columbus, Ohio. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing the complete life cycle of complex internal projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to keep projects on track and teams focused. They will work closely with vendors and team members to establish and achieve project goals.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project schedules and drive progress to plan, proactively managing changes.
  • Work as the liaison between clients, business leads, functional leads, SMEs, application analysts, developers, and other technical team members to assist and document solutions to complex business problems.
  • Facilitate and lead large project meetings to drive delivery.
  • Oversee the development of documentation writing and gathering in accordance with policy and SOX auditing compliance.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders and act as a single point of contact for project status.
  • Recommend new solutions and projects in alignment with strategic plans and business requirements.
  • Demonstrate consistent exercise of independent judgment and critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and initiative.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM project management.
  • Strong core PM skills, strong interpersonal skills (especially facilitation/negotiation/influence), and the ability to keep projects on track and teams focused.
  • Existing team with Business Analyst, Program Manager, Business Relationship Manager, and HR stakeholders.
