The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing inventory levels, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be expected to analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales revenue. In addition, you will work closely with the store manager to develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily store operations, including receiving shipments, processing returns, and maintaining accurate records* Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service* Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales revenue and customer engagement* Collaborate with regional management to drive company-wide initiatives* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards* Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns* Work closely with visual merchandising team to maintain visually appealing store displays* Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills* Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field* Minimum 5 years of retail management experience* Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Familiarity with retail software systems, such as POS and inventory management* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
