Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and enforcing work schedules, inspecting equipment, managing orders, and resolving worker conflicts. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient work schedules to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock movements.
  • Resolve conflicts and address concerns in a fair and timely manner, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Logistics, Business Management, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in warehouse management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
