The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our transformative team in Oncology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission to deliver the cures of tomorrow to those who need them today.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress, report concerns, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of acute care experience in Oncology or a related field.
  • Graduate of an NLNAC or CCNE-accredited School of Nursing and licensed in the state of practice.
  • OCN Certification within 18 months of hire or 36 total CE in Oncology every Commission of Cancer cycle of three years with completion of 12 CE every year.
  • BLS certification must be maintained while in this position.
  • BSN required or enrolled within 6 months of hire and BSN completed within three years from hire date.
