- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our electronic health records system, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry and retrieval.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Medical Assisting certification preferred.
- One year of experience in healthcare, medical staff services, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in electronic health records, medical terminology, and CPT/ICD-10 coding procedures.
