Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor parking lots and garages to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform operational duties as required, including but not limited to, directing traffic, assisting with parking and retrieving vehicles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to walk 8+ miles in a shift in all types of weather.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
