Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Novant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Communicate and coordinate patient care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
- Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Apply critical thinking skills to resolve complex patient care issues.
- Ensure timely patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Document patient assessments, care delivery, and responses to care in medical records.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact license.
- At least one year of experience in acute care.
