Job Title: Internal Medicine PhysicianWe are seeking a skilled Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at PHS Outpatient Community Health Center. As a key member of our medical staff, you will oversee patient well-being and provide specialized care for the elderly. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating illnesses, referring to specialists, and supervising medication plans.

- Board certified or board eligible with certification pending
- North Carolina license to practice as a physician
- Controlled Substance Registration Certificate from the DEA
- NC privilege license
- BLS certification
