Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and project managers to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to update on project progress and resolve issues.
Project Support
  • Support project managers in planning, executing, and tracking project milestones.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes, including review of test plans and test cases to ensure alignment with requirements.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices in business analysis.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools (e.g., ADO, BRDs, Visio).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on custom software development.
