Direct Support Professional for Home and Community Supports

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our team at Access Services, providing vital support services to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism.
As a key member of our In-Home Supports team, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to live independently in their homes. Your daily interactions will focus on enabling each person to reach their full potential, maintain or increase their autonomy, and live fulfilling lives.
To achieve this goal, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing creative support to individuals through various tasks, activities, and community engagements.
- Delivering personalized support as outlined in the individual's care plan, incorporating safe crisis management techniques, emotional support, and positive reinforcement.
- Maintaining accurate case notes for the individuals served.
- Prioritizing supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.

Compensation and benefits package includes:
- A competitive hourly rate starting at $17/hour, with increases based on education and experience.
