Coffee Connoisseur

Cogent Infotech Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Beverage Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, has excellent customer service skills, and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for guests. As a Beverage Professional, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience
2. Prepare and serve beverages according to company recipes and customer preferences
3. Operate beverage equipment and maintain high standards of quality in each drink
4. Manage cash and credit transactions, and balance the cash register
5. Restock and replenish inventory and supplies as needed
6. Assist in maintaining a positive work environment for both team members and guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of coffee beverages and brewing techniques is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
