Coffee Connoisseur

CSCA Cafe is seeking an experienced Beverage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and providing top-notch customer service.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $18-$22 per hour, commensurate with experience and educational background.

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following recipes and customer preferences.
• Operate Coffee-Making Equipment: Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
• Maintain a Clean Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, restroom, and seating areas.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
• Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and a passion for coffee and customer service are necessary for delivering exceptional results.

This is an hourly part-time position that requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. The work environment will be in a retail/cafe setting.
