- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
- Licenses: Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and techniques, ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, customer-focused attitude, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
